With over 10 years of expertise in sustainable finance and regulatory advisory, I created InnoFinatura Consulting as the platform for my independent consulting activities. My mission: to connect climate, nature, finance, law and social inclusion, and to empower organizations to turn complexity into positive change.
To better support client needs, InnoFinatura Consulting collaborates with trusted partner consultants with complementary skills, including EU project management, climate and nature transition plans, economics and environmental law.

Samia is a qualified lawyer and consultant with extensive experience across think tanks, consulting firms and financial institutions in Europe. She brings transversal expertise at the intersection of law, finance, nature and social inclusion. Her strength lies in understanding client needs and translating complexity into clarity and impact.
Her core expertise covers:
Regulatory analysis & compliance: EU and global regulatory and voluntary frameworks (such as SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD, MiFID II, AML/CTF package, Nature Restoration Law, KM GBF, TNFD, TCFD, IUCN Global Standard for NbS), compliance audits, policy design & training;
Sustainable and nature finance: Policy frameworks, financial tools and mechanisms for biodiversity restoration, conservation and just transition;
EU funding: Rules, strategy and expectations (Horizon Europe, LIFE, Interreg and beyond);
Research & publications: Drafting and reviewing reports on ESG, nature finance and green retail investments;
Engagement & training: Public speaking, university lectures, workshops, and stakeholder facilitation.
